Study in Korea – For Free!

Korean Government Scholarship Program (KGSP) 2016

Are you thinking about studying abroad some place cool, but don’t have the money? Then you won’t want to miss the Korean Government Scholarship Program which will allow you to study in Korea for free – and even includes the cost of language classes!

Any why not? South Korea has one of the most advanced education systems, with state-of-the-art facilities. Not only that but Korea has a rich culture that has been preserved for many years, allowing students to share in the traditions!

Deadline is approaching, so be sure to submit your application before March 14th! To quality, you must be under the age of 40, must not be a Korean citizen, hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree as of September 1, 2016, and have a GPA of 2.64 or higher on a 4.0 scale. They are specifically looking for students who are pursuing the areas of:

  • Computer Architecture
  • Configurable Computing
  • Approximate Computing
  • Embedded Hardware Design
  • Fault-Tolerant FPGA Architecture
  • CORDIC Processor and Applications

Scholarship includes round-trip airfare, full cost of language training, waived tuition, medical insurance, as well as a monthly stipend and an additional stipend to help cover your initial arrival costs.
