Deadline: February 27

If you love making videos then make sure you check out the Manualbirds Video Scholarship Program! This scholarship was created by Manualbirds, a company dedicated to user handbooks, guides and manuals, to help students in need of financial aid to ensure that those in need of funds are not held back from obtaining an education. Instead of an essay this scholarship requires you to submit a video to apply.

This video needs to be submitted to YouTube and should address the following: “How I Fixed a Machine or Product.” Your video should be in English, between 3-5 minutes and must be your original work. Judges will score your video based upon the following:

• Video originality and creativity
• High resolution
• YouTube views and links
• Video usefulness, instructiveness and informativeness

There is not a nationality requirement to enter, however, you must be a full time student at an accredited college or university (or high school student with an acceptance letter from the college or university of your choice) and have a 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

The deadline to enter is Feb 27th and the winner be chosen on March 10th. One lucky winner will receive a $500 check for their studies. You can find more information on the Manualbirds Video Scholarship Program here.
