Could you use an extra $500 to use toward your education? If so, make sure you apply for The FormsBirds $500 Scholarship Contest. To enter this scholarship contest you must submit a 500-1000 word essay (in word or PDF format) answering the following:

Would you often use forms in daily life? What convenience forms have brought to you?

In addition to your essay you must also submit a cover page that includes your full name, email address, mailing address, country, city, phone number, college name, college website, major in college, year of graduation as well as at least two recommendation letters from your teacher, department head or headmaster.

There is not a limitation on nationality in order to enter this contest, however, to be eligible you must be enrolled as a full time student at an accredited university of college and have an overall 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale).

The FormBirds $500 scholarship contest was created because FormBirds feel that “Education may be one of the most important inventions throughout the long history, according to which human beings can develop and go further in future. Consequently, FormsBirds would like to host this scholarship contest and help as far as possible outstanding students to complete their college education and lead a better life. Winner of the contest will receive a one-time $500 scholarship.”

IVHQ Travel Blogger Scholarship

IVHQ Travel Blogger Scholarship

International Volunteer HQ (IVHQ) is now hosting a travel blogger scholarship. If you like to travel and write then this is a scholarship you won’t want to miss. The IVHQ Travel Blogger Scholarship winner will receive a sponsored two week IVHQ volunteer program, a $1500 travel voucher and an Advanced Travel Writing certification from Matador U Travel Media School. The winner will be required to share their volunteer experience during their journey through the IVHQ blog.

To enter the IVHQ Travel Blogger Scholarship you must first sign up, then write a blog post. Within 24 hours of signing up on the IVHQ website you will receive an email with further guidelines, judging criteria and how to upload your blog. The theme of your blog post must be one of the following:

  • How volunteering abroad changed my life…
  • That time I traveled abroad and lived like a local…
  • What I wish I knew before departing…
  • How I traveled abroad and made an impact…
  • Why volunteering abroad was the best move for my career…
  • Must dos in my favorite country…
  • Why I’m inspired to travel…
