IMT Institute for Advanced Studies Lucca has 36 full PhD scholarships available to individuals that will attend IMT, who meet the necessary requirements and who submit the complete application form. Along with tuition fees being waived, accommodation and school dining are also provided to the scholarship awardees.

IMT is an international graduate school, institute of technology and institute for advanced studies that places emphasis on research. IMT Lucca PhD Scholarship applicants can be of any nationality, but must be proficient in English and have a degree equivalent to at least a 4 year university degree.

The selection process will include a review of the online application submission. Short-list candidates will then follow through to a comprehensive interview. If candidates will not be in Italy at the time of the scheduled interview, other accommodations for the interview will be made available according to the program. The gross amount of this scholarship is €13,630.
